What is our own extension method?
Our own method is the install Ashley and the team developed after certifying in multiple extension methods. We adapt it to each head. There's no one-size-fits-all in extensions. Every head shape is different. Every density is different.
So the install changes with you. Where the row sits and how much hair goes into it come from custom row mapping at the chair. So does how it blends underneath. What holds on a coarse, dense head won't sit right on a fine one.

Why are move-ups non-negotiable?
Move-ups keep the weight of your extensions close to your scalp, where your natural hair can carry it. Your hair keeps growing after the install goes in. As it grows, the row moves further from your scalp. The weight that sat close to your head starts pulling from further out.
Your scalp also sheds hair every day, like everyone's. Normally that hair falls away when you brush or wash. With a row left in too long, shed hair can catch underneath it instead. That's where tangling starts. Left alone, it turns into matting at the base.
A move-up isn't a full reinstall. Your specialist repositions the row, clears out shed hair, and checks your natural hair for stress. We schedule them every six to eight weeks because that's where we've found the balance holds. Stretch it to save a visit, and you'll feel it: pulling at the root, and a blend that looks worse.
