Here at Kinsley + Mane Hair Lounge we put a strong emphasis on training and developing the next generation of stylists. We love being the transition piece between you getting your license and launching into a full time stylist.

The first step at our salon is being apart of our assisting program where we pair you with one of our stylists to be their "right hand" girl. You are doing everything with your mentor...washing, toning, coloring clients, mixing all formulas, styling and much more before transitioning to a stylist that is confident. Being a boss business babe is where Ashley comes in to show you how to be strategic with your numbers, be crazy profitable and how to grow your personal brand.
